Much effort has been put into a digital medical file. 
Unfortunately, there is no common data standard amongst the different platforms, and many physicians and hospitals still use different methods. 
As a patient, you rarely can get access to your full medical record, and often even your general practitioner can't get full insight in your medical files. 

What if all your prescription, medical history could be brought together, and enriched with your wearables that add your movement and heart-rate?

Being able to share crucial information such as allergies during emergencies automatically to the urgency health-care workers (who have an authorised credential), or to give access the information to a doctor during your holidays... 

There is so much potential when all this information is brought together with open standards.
