This year, "Het Grote Vogelweekend", A citizen science bird watching initiative organised by natuurpunt, was a huge success
Other initiatives like measuring street noise, air pollution, and many others are set up more and more.
Many people really like to contribute to these public experiments.
But what if you want to continue to gather data after the experiment is over, or between measurements? Maybe because you got a liking to it, or you might want to compare the annual or monthly measures you do yourself.
And of course, if a research institute (others than those setting up the campaign as well!) would like to access that information, it should be easy to share and attribute the source.
If you can store this information on your datapod, you can contribute much more easily and maybe learn more about science -or your garden - in general
